A principal witness, Umar Babangida, on Wednesday, alleged that Grace Taiga, a former director, Legal Services in the Ministry of Petroleum Resources, played a major role in the fraudulent gas supply agreement between the Federal Government and Petroleum and Industrial Development (P&ID).
