Super Falcons Int’l friendly: Nigeria leading

The Super Falcons of Nigeria currently playing international friendly in preparation for the world tournament is reported to be one goal ahead of it’s opponent, Canada.

The goal came through Desire Oparanozie, putting the African Champions on top of the game.

The friendly match is in preparation of the women world cup in France titled, “France 2019”.

Canada women team, according to the current FIFA ranking, the number 5 in the world finds the game difficult from the first 45 minutes with the Falcons living up to its billing but it was Nigeria through Desire Oparanozie who comfortably led proceedings.

Her 26th minute strike off a good pass from Uchenna Kanu helped the Africa champions to end the first 45 minutes with the Nigerian ladies leading, 1 : 0 lead.
