Police declares Son of prominent palace Chief priest Isekhurhe of the Benin kingdom, Chief Nosakhare wanted as father remain suspended

Edo State Command of the Nigerian Police has declared wanted one Efe Idahosa, son of a prominent palace Chief priest Isekhurhe of the Benin kingdom, Chief Nosakhare after confirmed details emerged that he escaped from the custody of palace guards ahead of the traditional funeral rite of the late Monarch.
Efe Idahosa was said to have been listed amongst some individuals to partake in the funeral arrangements of the late Oba of Benin erediauwa who passed on in April/29/2016.
However in a separate twist of event, Efe Idahosa was said have secretly plotted his escape with some individuals within the palace eventually leading to escape from the custody of the palace guards.
Meanwhile, Chief Nosakhare Isekhurhe, a prominent palace chief priest father of Efe Idahosa, was said have been suspended after the sudden disappearance of his son from the custody of the palace guards.
The palace chief priest Isekhurhe was suspended by the traditional council after several months of deliberations over the sudden disappearance of his son, Efe Idahosa from the custody of the palace guards.
It was unanimously agreed by the traditional council to have the palace chief priest Isekhurhe suspended indefinitely pending the completion of investigation into circumstances leading to the escape of Efe Idahosa.
Meanwhile, a police statement released and made available to journalists in Benin City stated that one Efe Idahosa, son of a palace chief priest Isekhurhe has been declared wanted after escaping from the custody of palace chief thereby disrupting certain traditional procedural practice.
