Actor cum producer, Kunle Afolayan had earlier raised the alarm that some Igbo pirates at Alaba International Market were threatening to release his latest movie, October 1st, into the market, a swipe that many have come to tag anti-Igbo. In the early hours of Monday, April 13th, the actor disclosed that copies of his movie had already been pirated and adviced his teaming fans to desist from buying the pirated copies as the movie was not yet due for release yet. Life &Times gathered that the actor is currently devastated since the release of the movie on the streets of Lagos.
It would be recalled that the actor has been quite vocal about the fight against piracy in recent times and seeing his yet unreleased movie pirated leaves him quite worried.
