Olamide clinch new deal with PlayTV

Nigeria’s hip-hop star and indigenous rapper, Olamide Adedeji better known as Baddosneh has inked a mouth-watering deal and endorsement with cable TV network, PlayTV.
PlayTV is a fast growing cable TV network with a target audience between the ages of 0-70 saddled with rich local contents in music, comedy, exclusive movies, lifestyle, and cartoons to mention amongst others.
Speaking on the new deal, Olamide expressed joy as he is been unveiled as the new face of PlayTV, commending the cable network for its unwavering commitment to the creative industry and talent development in Nigeria generally.
He said’ As the new of face of PlayTV, I will strive to make the unheard heard on this platform as the country is blessed with lots of talents who are seeking opportunity to explore. With Play the street will definitely be heard and the promotion of local content is key.
On whether the promotion of local content will see him star in movies; Olamide noted that those are part of the strategies of the cable TV and would only urge Nigerian to get theirs so as to enjoy quality contents both locally and internationally.
On choosing Olamide as the new face, The General Manager of PlayTV Funmi Adenaike disclosed that Olamide’s versatility and musically prowess necessitated his selection as the new face, we wanted to get a music brand that connect to the street especially the youths and no one fills that gap better than Olamide.
