Obey rules, regulations of Hajj operation – Taraba ES charges Muslim pilgrims

Intending Muslim Pilgrims in Taraba State have been advised to always obey the rules and regulations guiding the Hajj operations for a successful journey to the holy land, Saudi Arabia.
The Executive Secretary, Taraba State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Alh. Umar Adamu Leme gave the advice yesterday while fielding questions from newsmen at the Secretariat of the Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Jalingo.
The ES, who told Journalists that the 2018 Hajj exercise to and from Saudi Arabia was full of success stories later regretted that some Pilgrims refuse to obey constituted authorities guiding the Exercise which he pointed out posed some challenges to the trip.
Some of the challenges, according to him was the inability of the Pilgrims to carry only one luggage on board as instructed by the Board.
While frowning at some insane attitudes of Pilgrims, Umar Adamu said, “We used to advise them, if you carry more than one luggage, your luggage will be seized either at the Airport or by the Saudi Authority and this is exactly what happened during this last trip”.
The Executive Secretary also emphasized on the challenge faced by the Pilgrims when they want tochange their Currency.
“We always warn them to be very careful because at some instances, they are either cheated or duped of their money when they get to wrong hands”, he said.
Umar AdamuLeme however, commended the State Governor, Darius Ishaku, the Chairman of the Board, Alh. HammanAdamaTukur, the Amirul Hajj for 2018 Pilgrimage, Ambassador IdrisWaziri, the other Board members, who according to him contributed immensely to the success stories recorded during the 2018 hajj exercise to the holy land, Saudi Arabia.
