NCDP Presidential candidate promises to make Nigeria world class nation

The presidential candidate of the Nigerian Democratic Congress Party (NCDP) in the forthcoming general elections, Mr Johnson Edosomwan, has said that he will make Nigeria a world class nation if elected as the nation’s next president. Edosomwan gave the assurance on Sunday in Lagos while unveiling his 10- point agenda and manifesto to the people. He said his administration would create more than seven million jobs annually to absorb the teeming unemployed youths in the country and ensure that the country depended less on oil. He added that under his administration, the country’s economy would be world class, while market for knowledge and agriculture would be opened. Edosomwan added that national security would be given priority. He further said that if he becomes the country’s next president, national threats, debts and terrorism would be eliminated. The presidential candidate also said that the country would be accorded further recognition by other nations. “The economy will be multi- dimensional as it will focus its attention on manufacturing, agriculture, energy, high technology, transportation, oil and gas and taxes,“ he said. He added that his administration would also look into how to end corruption in the country. He said that it would also promote health care for the citizenry of the country. He also promised that his administration would engage in infrastructure development, education, improving on the living conditions as well as women and youth empowerment.
