Moses in Blues China trip, as Omeruo gets defensive tips

Nigeria international Victor Moses has confirmed that he traveled with Chelsea’s first team for their tour of China and Singapore on Tuesday night.
The Blues number 15 took to Twitter to inform his 824,000 followers that he made the squad list just before the plane took off.
Moses tweeted, with an accompany picture of the entire squad: ”Off to China ??!!! #CFC”
Based on Chelsea’s training sessions since the start of pre-season, Victor Moses is expected to continue playing as a right wing-back in the forthcoming season.
The 26-year-old impressed manager Antonio Conte around this time last year during preparations for the 2016-2017 campaign, and the Italian opted to retain him in his squad, rather than loaning him out for the fourth time in his career.
Meanwhile, Chelsea defender Kenneth Omeruo made time out of his busy schedule to visit some of the Super Eagles Legends that represented the country at the recently concluded Star Sixes World Cup in London.
The Nigeria international has admitted that he got valuable advice from 1998 World Cup stars, defenders Uche Okechukwu (Gentle Giant) and Taribo West, and Daniel Amokachi.
Omeruo posted on social media: ”Last week I had the opportunity to have dinner with these Legends… your advice and encouragements is something I won’t forget… @frenzziiibull #West #okechukwu”
Omeruo has not traveled with the Chelsea first team for their tour of China and Singapore due to a visa hitch, and he’s understood to be in talks with a couple of Turkish Super Lig clubs over a transfer.
Despite losing two group matches, Nigeria qualified for the quarterfinals of the Star Sixes tournament before losing to Spain in their fourth match.
