Man in bi-sexual scandal in Ondo
A manager of a privately owned radio station in Ondo State, names withheld, has been implicated in an illegal love affair with another male counterpart who has now been arrested and currently going through interrogations by the police authority in the state
The gay partner of the media manager, who is married with children, was arrested in Akure, the state capital, after a tip-off from his colleague over the love affair.
Investigations revealed that the duo have been indulging in the act, which has been outlawed in Nigeria, for about six years without anyone suspecting them, not even their wives.
The arrested suspect, who was given away by a colleague after misplacing his cell phone in which information and pictures of the illicit affairs were harboured, has allegedly written a confessional statement with the police, naming the media manager involved as partner.
However, investigations are still ongoing as the police are not willing to reveal further information until the media manager, who is said to be on the run, is apprehended.
A police source said the arrested suspect would be charged to court after the investigation is concluded.
