Man, 45, defiles, impregnates daughter

A 45-yearr old man, Julius Ochim has been arrested by Police in Ogun State for defiling and impregnating his daughter (Name withheld).

The man was allegedly arrested following a complaint by his teenage daughter who reported at Shagamu Police Division that her father has been having carnal knowledge of her for the past 8 years after the death of her mother in 2009.

According to the girl, she got pregnant for him and gave birth to a baby girl 3 years ago.

According to the Spokesperson for the Ogun State Police Command, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi, the victim claimed that her father used to threaten her with cultural implication of refusing him to sleep with her.
