LGBT member declared wanted for Gay Practice

A suspected homosexual, Geoffrey Edeh, a.k.a Cheche who hails from Ogbaku in Awgu Local government Area in Enugu state has been declared wanted by the Community Neighbourhood Vigilant group in collaboration with the Nigerian Police Agents deployed in Awgu Local Government Area of Enugu State, for homosexual activities.

The Neighbourhood Security watch is a security outfit powered by law to secure all the neighbourhood in partnership with the Nigerian police force.

A source hinted that Geoffrey was making love with his gay partner, Ebuka okoli also known as Bukky at Comrade Hotel/Guests House located along Enugu/ Port Harcourt express way Enugu, Enugu State of Nigeria when a housekeeper who opened the door and found the two young men engaging in sexual affair, an act considered as an abomination by both native and criminal law. It was gathered that Geoffrey and his gay partner attended a birthday party and were drunk, under the influence of alcohol forgot to lock the door of the hotel room while making love.

The incident occurred on Wednesday,18th October 2023, at Comrade Hotel and Guests House Enugu, after their regular pool party.

Our source told dailytimes that the housekeeper who caught them having sex reported the incident to a supervisor on duty, who alerted the security personnels immediately. On getting there, they discovered it was true that the two young men were making love. Geoffrey and his partner were arrested by the security men. But fortunately and unfortunately, on their way to hand them over to police, Mr Geoffrey Edeh escaped. His whereabout is still unknown, while his partner has been in police custody.

The traditional ruler of Ogbaku, in Awgu Local government Area, Enugu state, HRH Igwe Mathew Okeke condemned homosexuality, and emphasize that “sex is supposed to be between a man and a woman and not the other way round. We have already excommunicated him, he’s no longer a member of our community. I have also instructed all the security apparatus to find him and hand him over to police so that he can face the full wrath of the law. If not , he might be lynched to death by an angry mob.

Meanwhile, the spokesman of Neighbourhood watch, Enugu State command, Mr John okolo told our correspondence, that they are working with Nigeria police force and other security agencies to curb the spread of LGBT activities in the country.

The said suspected homosexual, Mr Geoffrey Chekwube Edeh, have been declared wanted for breaking the law of the country, and he is also wanted by the villagers for committing atrocity. This is coming after the police arrested and detained more than 60 people at a gay party in Delta state in August, 2023.

Anybody with a useful information of his whereabouts should assist us or report to the nearest police station ” a handsome rewards awaits him or her, said the spokesman.
