Kwitee to feature Yinka Davies in E.P Concert September 9

Self styled music artiste, Kwitee will next month host fans and friends at a tribute concert at the Hard Rock Cafe, Oniru in Lagos. Tagged ‘The Man Kwitee: A Tribute To Louis Armstrong’, the event which has gathered momentum holds on Sunday 9th of September
Kwitee the trumpeter and multitalented instrumentalist will also drop his new E.P titled Don’t Quit. He will perform with his live band, Kwitee and the Cosmos. The artiste who hails from Abia State is not alone in serenading the audience at Hard Rock Cafe, he will be ably aided with the guest artiste, the eclectic Yinka Davies who will bring all her energy and sonorous into the concert.
Other guest artistes include the talented Dunnie and Maka. Kwitee who is ready to bring his best performance on that Sunday night says “guests should get ready for surprises as the night of The Man Kwitee: A Tribute to his mentor, Louis Armstrong promises to keep the audience at the edge if their seats as various creative performances hold sway.
Born Okwi Godwin Iguwe, Kwitee was born and brought up in Warri, Delta state, started his musical career at the age of 9 as a percussionist. He eventually became a front-line drummer at the age 11. Having being introduced to various rhythm and time signatures, Kwitee chose the trumpet as his major instrument, where he has made a name for himself.
The bearded dude has worked with great musicians such as; Dr. Ron Kenoly, Lionel Peterson, Tiwa Savage, Wande Coal, Patoranking, Brymo .Kwitee has proven himself in the music industry as a renowned trumpeter and prolific songwriter.
