Ka3na tackles intending couples on extravagant wedding

A former housemates in the Big Brother Naija Lockdown season five, Kate Jones popularly known as Ka3nap, has lambasted newly-weds who focus on extravagant weddings instead of how to build a successful marriages. The reality TV star said this through her Instagram page.

Ka3na discussed the need by couples to make improvements in today’s society.

This is coming after Veekee James and her husband went viral following their 200-person choir performance at their white wedding.

The reality star feels that it makes more sense to use those resources to make sure the marriage succeeds and to celebrate it after 20 years with sincere well-wishers and lovely children.

Her words: “Honestly, in today’s society, we need to strive for improvement. Expending a significant amount of energy, time, and money on staging a spectacle for individuals who genuinely lack interest, all in the name of a wedding… why not channel those resources into ensuring the success of the marriage, enabling it to endure for 20 years? Then, you can organise a grand carnival to commemorate the union, with your genuine well-wishers and beautiful children cheering you on. Now, that’s what I call a show!”
