Integrity, Focus Keys to Real Estate Success-Chief Chukwuma Emmanuel Okafor

Mr Chief Chukwuma Emmanuel Okafor, Agbalanze Ofunwa Ojoto. The CEO of Rosebank Cottage and Castles Limited has exposed the keys to succeeding in the real estate industry.

Mr Chukwuma Emmanuel Okafor, who hails from Ojoto in Idemili Anambra state, disclosed this during an interview. The philanthropist and a real estate mogul said, in order to grow in the real estate industry you must have Integrity and you must be focused.

The CEO of Rosebank Cottage and Castle Limited, described his company as a real estate and property developing company that deals in Land and Landed Properties. “We Buy, Develop and Resell”, stating that one of the reasons he is one of the most sought-after Realtors is because he is focused and he has Integrity. Mr Emmanuel explained that it is only inexperienced Realtors that steal or cheat people but the experienced ones know better because they have been in the Industry for a long time to know the keys for success.

Mr Emmanuel spoke about the achievement of his company, stating that “Rosebank Cottage and Castles Limited have sold homes worth hundreds of millions. “In the past years, we have been able to create both valuable and affordable homes, giving average families low cost houses”.

Speaking about projects he told the press that they are new projects which are still in the pipeline and he is not ready to disclose but when it’s time everything will be properly publicized. After being asked ways Realtors could help salary earners get a house he stated that “Realtors could help young persons with low income salary jobs by cooperative arrangements, other self-help projects or by accepting government’s supports in the form of a mortgage(eg National Housing Fund,NHF) or some form of allocations, with the costs deducted from their salaries “.

Finalising the interview Chief Chukwuma Emmanuel Okafor gave us a little insight on where he sees himself in the next five years he said “In five years, I see myself as an integral part of the Real estate in Nigeria who has helped contribute to the growth and success of the Industry, I hope to be leading larger projects, or maybe managing multiple project teams both in Urban and Rural areas while planning to launch international investments”.
