Ikorodu community invaded by law enforcement agents

Some police officers raids the family compound of Jubril- Abidemi in Ikorodu, Lagos, recently in respect of previous information gathered from the residents of the community last year June 2019 that one of their neighbours engaged in Bisexual activities because it was not in consonance with the marriage Act of Nigeria.

While disassociating itself from the attempt of their daughter in-law (Afusat Jubril-Abidemi) from the bisexual allegation. The family announced that they have not set their eyes on Afusat and her husband since the allegation was levelled against her last year June and all efforts to look for her proved abortive. Also, Jubril-Abidemi’ family have not heard from Afusat’s parent. Some people notified them that they saw her in Abuja last year but as at today we have set our eyes on her. The family also disowned Afusat for planning to violate the law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
However, our reporter gathered from one of the residents that Afusat had relocated to Abuja for fear of being attacked again by members of the community. Her Bisexual partner is no where to be found as no one knows her in the area. According to one of the police officers which sorted to remain anonymous, he said since her family has failed in their responsibility to train their daughter and prohibit her against the Bisexual habit the police authority will not fold their arms and allow this act to escalate to the entire community due to the fact that Bisexual relationship violates the law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The police officers did not belief the response from Jubril- Abudemi’s family and promised to get back at them at all cost.
Our reporter said the police authority emphasized that what is critical to them now is how to find out about Afusat in Abuja and her Bisexual partner. They confirms that she need to be arrested and face the law.
