Hull City confirms two COVID-19 cases

Hull City in a statement confirmed on Sunday two players have tested positive for the COVID-19, following the first round of testing at their training grounds.
The names of the two will not be revealed as part of medical confidentiality, and will now be forced to self-isolate for seven days, which is in line with the EFL guidelines – before being tested again at a later date.
“The duo, who are both asymptomatic and feeling no ill effects, will now self-isolate for seven days. The Club will continue to liaise closely with the affected personnel and will make no further comment,” read part of the statement.
The English Football League had earlier indicated there were two positive cases out of more than 1,000 players and staff tested in the last 24 hours.

Championship clubs are set to return to training from Monday, and the latest findings will be a cause of concern for the league stakeholders, especially players.
Just like the premier league,Championship action was suspended in March, and they are hoping to restart in June with the aim of finishing the League.
