Our reporter further gathered from one of the residents in the community who refused to reveal his identity for security reasons said that ‘the actions of the armed men don’t look like an armed robbery thing.

They did not molest any other home in this neighbourhood except that of Lanre and this is the second time this is happening within a space of three months’.

Another resident who identified himself as Ayo said, ‘they seemed to have a target. They went straight to that house and released three gun shots before departing without harassing any other member of the community’.

However, one Mrs. Akintola who claimed to be a friend of Mrs. Agbeniyi told our reporter that ‘my friend told me that they have relocated to Ibadan, although she came on the eve of Christmas, and she said the people that broke into their house took away some of her husband’s documents and one photo album’.
