Ex- council leader declares ambition for Enugu State Assembly
Former leader of Nsukka legislative council, Hon. Celestine Ogbu has expressed his intension to contest for the Nsukka West constituency in the Enugu State House of Assembly in the forthcoming 2019 general election.
Ogbu disclosed this at the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), secretariat that during his time as leader in Nsukka legislative council that he graded roads, attracted health post and awarded jamb scholarship to indigent students.
“I already have legislative experience having served as a councillor for Nru ward in Nsukka Local Government Area at the same time the leader of the council; I know the game as well and I have passion to serve my people,” he said.
