ERCAAN canvases for unity among landlord and tenant

An appeal has gone to the Estate, Rent, and Commission Agent of Nigeria (ERCAAN) Ago – Okota Isolo Zone under the chairman of Hon. Akinlasotu Olugbemiro to struck a good relationship between its members, landlords and tenants

Speaking during the ERCAAN 1st Conference and Award Ceremony recently Yusuf Ajafe the DPO of Ago Police Okota, Lagos stated that it is very crucial for all the groups and members of each association to live in harmony and peace for the betterment of the community and the state nay country as a whole

Also speaking during the award event the state chairman of ERCAAN, Hon. Godwin Alenkhe stated that it is paramount for them to have a very cordial relationship among themselves. “I think it is high time we have a good relationship between landlord,

tenant and agents which is the theme of this award, and incidentally this is the first ever annual general meeting , and I believe with this we can strike a very good cord which will be good for not only development of our association but the whole society “ his views were concurred with by Oba Adeniji who disclosed that he was happy to be part of the story of the maiden first ever conference and award ceremony
