Couple, son, girlfriend in police net for car snatching, robbery

A couple, their 18 years old son and his girlfriend are currently cooling off their heels at the cell of the Lagos State Police command for car snatching and robbery.

The couple, Mr. Uroye Teddyold and Mrs. Margaret Teddy had aided their son Tega Teddy and his girlfriend one Karima Edom to break into the house of Mrs Folashade Odunuga of No. 8 Ade Onitiri, Harmony Estate, Langbasa, Ajah.

It was gathered that Odunuga had embarked on a three month vacation which commenced on May 27, 2018, leaving her house under lock and key.

The Lagos Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Chike Oti who confirmed the arrest of Teddy and his accomplices, said “The stealing had been going on for weeks until the victim’s house help, Eniola Abisola visited her mistress’ house and discovered that a lot of items were missing”.
