Following the ugly story that befalls the Lagos state, Massey street where the building collapsed, some inhabitants have attributed the cause to substandard materials, also debunked claims by LASEMA that it has rescued all those trapped under the building.
Worried by the statement, the people blamed the government agency for incomplete assignment alleging that there are still casualties trapped under in the wreckage of the collapsed building.
