Church commissions new Cathedral for late leader
The Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church, Ayo Ni O, Surulere District, has commissioned a memorial Cathedral, in hopnour of the late Pophet (Dr.) Gabriel Olubunmi Fakeye, who was buried on the April 17, 2015 at his home town Imesi-Ile, Osun State.
The thanksgiving service and commissioning of the memorial cathedral of Fakeye, was held on Sunday, April 28, at the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church, Ayo Ni O, at Surulere, Lagos.
Speaking after the service with Daily Times, Mrs. A. Ogunsanwo, Head of Media and Publicity, said: “Our leader was a meek and humble man, he was a person of manifest devotion to family and friends; a visionary leader with profound knowledge, and appreciation of history. His passing away was celebrated not just by the C & S, but the entire Christendom.”
