Cadbury names new MD

Cadbury Nigeria Plc has announced changes to its board, naming Mr Muhammad Amir Shamsi as its new Managing Director.

The manufacturer in a regulatory filing with the Nigerian Stock Exchange noted that the appointment takes effect from 1^st February 2017 following the resignation of the current Managing Director Mr Roy Naaman taking effect on the 31^st of January 2017.

Shamsi’s had from 2009 till date worked as a Director with Mondelez International, one of the world’s largest snacks companies, and prior to that worked with Dulux Paints, GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, Orient McCann Erikson and O. J foods, Licensee of Nabisco International
