Cadbury names new MD
Cadbury Nigeria Plc has announced changes to its board, naming Mr Muhammad Amir Shamsi as its new Managing Director.
The manufacturer in a regulatory filing with the Nigerian Stock Exchange noted that the appointment takes effect from 1st February 2017 following the resignation of the current Managing Director Mr Roy Naaman taking effect on the 31st of January 2017.
Shamsi’s had from 2009 till date worked as a Director with Mondelez International, one of the world’s largest snacks companies, and prior to that worked with Dulux Paints, GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, Orient McCann Erikson and O. J foods, Licensee of Nabisco International
