COVID-19: Kaduna confirms 72 active cases, discharges two
Noah Ebije, Kaduna Kaduna State is treating 72 active COVID-19 patients, out of which are 65 Almajiris who were recently returned from Kano, and two policemen, a statement from Sir Kashim Ibrahim House has confirmed.
The statement signed on Tuesday by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Media and Communication, Mr Muyiwa Adekeye indicated.
COVID-19: Tension in Jigawa as over 32 new cases are discovered
Ahmed Abubakar, Dutse Tension is brewing following the increase in transmission of the Covid-19 virus in Jigawa State with the state recording 32 new cases since the index case in Marsh.
The governor, Alhaji Muhammad Abubakar Badaru has directed enforcement of total lockdown across the state capital, Dutse, where most of the 32 cases.

No fewer than 100 persons are said to have lost their lives in the last 10 days in Hadejia Local Government Area of Jigawa State.

As NCDC announces 245 new cases The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced 245 confirmed cases of coronavirus in the country taking the total number in Nigeria now to 2,802.
