The Former President, Alhaji Shehu Usman Shagari has debunked recent rumours making the rounds in certain sections of the media about his death.
Shagari in a conversation with friends and newsmen stated categorically that ”I am alive.”
The Second Republic president who celebrated his 90th birthday on February 25, with some former heads of states in Sokoto , has been rumoured to have given up the ghost on Sunday afternoon.
