The Gunners, playing their first home match since the restart, took a 2-0 lead in the first half, with the captain opening the scoring before Granit Xhaka doubled the lead.
The striker then completed his second in the second half, and Cedric Soares stepped off the bench to open his Arsenal account with a fourth, late on.
