Aprill 11 Election; Akala Ajimobi goes spiritual

Ahead of satuday Aprill 11 election the gubernatorial candidate of the All progressive Congress APC Senator Abiola Ajimobi and his Labour Party Counterpart Otunba Adebayo Alao Akala have gone spiritual for victory at the poll.

A survey carried out in Ibadan reveals that most churches and mosque have been contacted by all the gubernatorial candidate but prominent among them were Alao Akala and Sen Abiola Ajimobi.

It was also learnt that some of the churches have receive car and cash gifts from some of the aspirants ” Gov Ajimobi gave our church new bus before the Presidential election and that is why we were told to pray for his victory at the poll because he also promise to support us financially” said a woman who attends a church located around Km 110 along odo Ona-Apata road in Ibadan.

Another source who disclose anonymity said Alao Akala’s wife has been moving from one churches to the other praying and mobilizing people to pray for her husband victory at the poll. ‘ She attends vigils and prayers as well.

Other candidate have also been running around in preparation for the election in fact most of the Alfa’s Imam and traditional Ruler Worshipers and clergy men in the christiandom across the state and beyond are being engage in a spiritual assignment by politicians
