The suspects were arrested by operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS), Lagos Command at Ladipo market area, Mushin.

He said that after dispossessing their victims of cash and valuables the suspects would zoom off with the dog on their motorcycle.
They, however, met their water loo while attempting to rob a lady of her valuables at Ladipo.
The Ag/CP also stated that a commercial motorcycle being used for escape was recovered from the gang.
He said: “On September 5, 2017, two local criminals who specialize in robbing people by sending a dog to attack their victims were arrested.
” The suspects would command the Alsatian dog to attack a victim. The dog in response to the command will pounce on the victim. Gripped with fears, the victim will handover all his or her belonging to the gang”
Imohimi further disclosed that detectives had been on the trail of the suspects not until September 5 when they were eventually arrested.
But the suspects, however, denied robbing any body, saying they had only gone to buy dog food when the woman raised a false alarm.
Oladeji said the woman eventually found her phone where she kept the phone. But then it was too late as SARS Operatives had arrived the scene and picked them.
