Alleged murder: Court fixes August 23 to hear bail application
Hearing of a motion ex parte seeking to admit five Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), members who were accused of murder to bail has been fixed by a Lagos High Court, Igbosere.
Justice Emmanuel Ogundare on Thursday fixed hearing of the motion ex-parte on August 23.
The defendants’ counsel Mr. K. O. Osinowo had told the court that Rotimi Kujore, Ismaila Abiola, Kehinde Fasasi, Fatai Adele and Amos Fawole, have been in jail for an offence they did not commit.
He said “They were in a meeting and one of them got shot.”
Osinowo said that the motions ex-parte dated August 7, 2018, was for urgent hearing.
