The Department of State Services (DSS) on Wednesday morning has arrested seven 7 #Revolutionnow protesters Osun State.
The protesters, wearing orange colour cap around Olaiya Area of Osogbo, led by Bakare popularly known as ‘Mandate’ were armed with placards had converged on Correspondents’ chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists located in the area and informed newsmen that wanted to address them.

However, Daily Times gathered that while these protesters were waiting outside for the leadership of the chapel to invite them in, some policemen had approached them and were discussing with the protesters.
Reports also said that while it was going on, armed men of Department of State Security swooped on the protesters and arrested seven.
Daily Times reports that #RevolutionNow is the August 5 mass protest organised by some young men in Nigeria against bad govervance spear headed by Omoloye Sowore, a Nigerian activist and a former presidential candidate of the 2019 general elections.
