Regency: Kingibe becomes new chairman

Regency Alliance has announced the appointment of Ambassador Baba Gana Kingibe as the new chairman of the company. The company, in a statement signed by Anu Shobo, the company’s secretary published by the Nigeria Stock Exchange (NSE), said that the appointment was in compliance with keeping with the rules of the NSE.

‘”We wish to inform the investing public that at the meeting of the Board of Directors which was held on Thursday, the 27th day of July, 2017, Ambassador Baba g Gana Kingibe (CFR), was appointed the chairman of the bboard of Directors.”

According to the company, the appointment was with immediate effect. Baba Gana Kingibe, having been acting chairman of the board.
