The 1st batch of 560 intending pilgrims to 2018 Hajj from Kwara on Friday airlifted to Saudi Arabia from the llorin international Airport.

The Executive Secretary of the state Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board Alhaji Mohammed Tunde-Jimoh while speaking with newsmen at the Airport before the departure of the Pilgrims said arrangement had been perfected for the transport of the remaining Pilgrims.
He advised the Pilgrims to be good ambassadors of the state and the country by shunning all negative tendencies capable of tarnishing their image while in the Holy Land.
