Yuletide: Ekiti E11 donates food items, breaverges to needy

As part of its efforts to felicitate with the needy in the society an Ekiti State social club, E11 yesterday donated food items to the Ekiti State Relief and Rehabilitation Centre, in Ado-Ekiti.
The group also visited Erelu Adebayo Children Home at Iyin-Ekiti where they also donted items to children.
Chairman of the club, Chief Kola Akosile, who led the delegation said part of the responsibilities of Ekiti E11 is to help the needy in the society.
He said: “At this time of festive we are here to show our love for the needy, so this necessitate the step we are taking today.
“We should not look at them as outcast because they are people like us. Government alone can not do it so we are also doing this to support them.”
The residential officer of Ekiti State Rehabilitation centre appreciated the group for the gesture and for coming to celebrate with the less privileged.
At the Erelu Adebayo Home in Iyin-Ekiti, Mrs Ajayi Olayinka who received the items also appreciated the E11 for finding time to visit the children and also appreciated their donations.
Members in the entourage include; Secretary of the Club, Seyi Aiyeleso, a former Deputy speaker of Ekiti State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Tunji Orisalade, Tunde Dada, Sunday Olajide, Mrs Toyin Ajakaiye, Chief Mrs Funke Owoseni and Prince Bolu Aladesanmi.
Items donated include bags of rice, cartoons of ‎indomie, clothes, tubers of yam, plastic buckets and other items.
