Woman, 28, absconds after alleged murder of aunt’s randy husband
Pandemonium erupted at Oghobaghase Street off Textile Mill Road Benin City when a 28-years old woman Iroghama Omosigho Sandra allegedly murdered one Idemudia Ogbebor,40 year of age after he sexually assaulted her over time.
Sandra according to information made available reportedly absconded to evade arrest after she allegedly murdered her aunt’s randy husband with a knife in Benin City on August 10th,2010.
Recall that the randy man until his sudden death had secretly being indulging in sex romp with his wife’s younger sister unknown to neigbhours in the community.
It was gathered that Sandra Iroghama Omosigho had on several occasions terminated pregnancies for him.
A source in the family who spoke on condition of anonymity said that the victim was stabbed in the neck with a kitchen knife .
The source further revealed that Sandra was cooking in the kitchen when the randy in-law walked in while his wife was away from home and attempted to have his way with her as usual .
It was gathered that the situation however turned awry when he attempted to pull her close to himself in order to have his way with her but resisted him as she immediately reached for a kitchen knife that she was working with in the kitchen at the time and instantly plunged the knife into his throat .
According to the source, she immediately dashed out of the apartment and escaped to avoid being arrested.
His loud screams for help however attracted the attention of neigbhours who rushed to the apartment to meet his lifeless body lying in his pool of blood close to the murder weapon, the source added.
As the crowd of sympathizers gathered to catch a glimpse of the unfolding horror in the apartment, it was, gathered that frantic efforts were made to stop the wife of the randy man from moving close to her husband’s corpse in the kitchen immediately she was called upon by neigbhours weeping uncontrollably .
Meanwhile, the corpse of the murdered randy in-law was later taken away and deposited in a local mortuary while preliminary investigation into the case commenced.
