Some armed Kidnappers have abducted Mrs. Ebunoluwa Fagbemi, the wife of the Dean Archbishop Vining College of Theology Akure, from her residence in Oba Ile.
Mr. Ayodeji Fagbemi, the husband to the victim who confirmed the news to the Daily Times said the kidnappers also made with the new Sequoia Jeep of the family.
Mr. Fagbemi disclosed that kidnappers have contacted the family and now demanding the sum N20million ransom before she would be set free.

“There is a very outrageous expectation; the abductors demanded for N20million which I don’t think anybody can afford. So, we are seriously praying for his release”, he said.
Mr. Femi Joseph, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of the Ondo State Command of Nigeria Police Force (NPF) also confirmed the incident.
Mr. Joseph said armed hoodlums gained entrance into the Fagbemi’s house through the window and took away the woman to yet to be identified destination.

He, however, revealed a manhunt has been launched for the abductors of the woman.
“Our men have already began the search for the women and we shall surely ensure that the victim is released unhurt” he said.
