As at press time, voting materials is yet to arrive at the Vice President, Namadi Sambo’s Ward in Kaduna.Meanwhile, El-Rufai, APC gubernatorial candidate in Kaduna complains about INEC ill preparation.
At GRA Bauchi,despite the large turn out, the PVC card readers was faulty.
