A fan of Bundesliga outfit, VFL Stuttgart has initiated a charity fund aimed towards raising €900m which is expected to fund the transfer of Barcelona superstar, Lionel Messi, to the club.
Daily Times gathered, following a tweet by former Chelsea defender, Mario Melchiot, who announced this via his Twitter handle on Tuesday.

According to Melchiot, if the fundraising attempt fails, the money is expected to trickle into charity which helps people gain access to potable water.
