Uncollected PVCs: Uvwie ranks highest in Delta – INEC

The Officer in charge of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Uvwie Local Government Area, Mr. Andrew Akhigbe, said Uvwie Local Government has the highest number of uncollected Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs) in the state.

Mr. Akhigbe made this known on Tuesday in a media interaction with journalists at the INEC office located in Uvwie Local Government Council Secretariat, Effurun.

While calling on residents who have not collected their PVCs to do so, he disclosed that office hours and days for the exercise would be extended in Uvwie Local Government Area to enable those who have registered for the exercise to do so and to also enable those who have issues with their Personal Voters Cards (PVCs) to resolved such issues.
