Minister of transportation Chibuike Amaechi, has drummed world technical and financial support for the reduction, if not end the menace of road crashes, with the use of latest ICT backbone.
Nigeria’s Minister of Transportation was appointed member of Advisory Board of the United Nations Road Safety Trust Fund (UNRSTF)
Amaechi, who is currently attending the UNRSTF board inaugural meeting in Geneva, Switzerland, said while making a presentation that the rate of fatal accident across the world since 2017/18 has risen to about 1.3 million, while additional 50 million people were injured and permanently paralyzed.
