Talented Nollywood actress, Uche Jombo is trying something new as she recently announced that she will be shooting her first TV series with the working title ‘Boys Are Not Smiling’.
According to Uche, the series will be produced by her brother Nelson Jombo, for Uche Jombo Studios.
She is also giving aspiring actors the opportunity to feature in the production, which is casting five lead actors and 10 sub-leads.
Jombo took to Instagram to announce auditions for actors between 19 to 25 years old. She also shared monologues that should be used to partake in the online auditions.
Currently in pre-production, “Boys Are Not Smiling” was conceived in 2012, and in the same year, she obtained an acknowledgement of copyright notification from the Nigerian Copyright Commission.
