UAC announces increased holdings of shareholders

UAC of Nigeria Pc has in keeping with the provisions of the Nigerian capital market , announced the new ownership structure of the company for shareholders controlling over 5 per cent holdings.

The company, in a publication signed by Company Secretary, Godwin Samuel, and made available by the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) ,disclosed that pursuant to rule 12.1 of the amendment to the NSE rule, (UAC plc announcesthat Stanbic IBTC Nomines Limited controls 8 per cent, Blakney GP113 Limited 6 per cent, and Themis capital management controlling 8 per cent of the company’s holdings.
