Tunde Lemo now FERMA chairman as President reappoints NEMSA MD

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of former Deputy Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Mr Tunde Lemo as the chairman of the Governing Board of the Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA).
The development came just as the President has reappointed the Managing Director of Nigerian Electricity Management Services Agency (NEMSA), Mr Peter O. Ewesor, for a final term of four years.
The new appointments were disclosed in a statement made available on Friday by the office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) The statement , which was signed by the Assistant Director, Press, Mohammed Nakorji, added that the new appointments are subject to Senate confirmation.
Other members of FERMA Board are : Engr. Nurudeen Abdurrahaman Rafindadi, Buba Silas Abdullahi, Babagana Mohammad Aji, Engr. Shehu Udman Abdullahi , Loretta Ngozichukwu Aniagolu, Mujaidu Stanley Dako, Vincent Oladapo Kolawole, and Engr. Chukwunwike O. Uzo.
Other include Mrs. Olubunmi Siyanbola, Alh. Abdulrazak Ma’aji, Alhaji Saidu Abdulkadir and ACM Peter Osawe.
Meanwhile, President Buhari has equally approved the re-appointment of Ewesor as the Managing Director of NEMSA for a final term of four years in accordance with the provisions of Section 7(3) of the Nigerian Electricity Management Services Agency Act, 2015. The statement added that Ewesor’s re-appointment took effect from October 3, 2017.
