Jose Mourinho wants to raid his former side Chelsea FC for the services of striker Olivier Giroud according to Reports.
The express indicates that the Portuguese is a fan of the World Cup winner and is willing to bring him to Spurs as a back up to striker Harry Kane.
Since the injury to Kane, Mourinho is said to have been on the window to look for another striker who would help them if the same scenario happens in the future.
Giroud just signed a new deal last month but he is yet to be guaranteed a starting place in the Frank Lampard side with the Englishman preferring Tammy Abraham to lead the line and the imminent arrival of Timo Werner might just complicate things for Giroud.

Giroud prowess in holding up the play and linking with midfielders is something that Mourinho admirers and the reports further indicate that he might be started together with the England captain in certain games.
Chelsea is in the market to boost their attacking options but will have to dispose of some of their players to create space with the likes of Pedro and Willian expected to leave at the end of the season.
Apart from Spurs, Inter Milan and Lazio are keen on the Frenchman as well.
