Tinsel Celebrates 1500th Episode
Popular M-Net Nigerian TV drama series, Tinsel has celebrated its 1500th episode. The soap opera which began airing in August 2008, aired its 1000th episode on May 23, 2013. One of its cast, Beverly Naya shared a photograph of a cake from the celebration on her Instagram page and wrote, “Today we celebrate #Tinsel‘s 1500th episode! Congratulations to the entire cast and crew, we did it! #BackToWorkWeGo“. The series has also been the platform on which some of the actors such Damilola Adegbite and Chris Attoh found love. Tinsel since inception featured Taiwo Ajai-Lycett, Chris Attoh, Damilola Adegbite, Femi Jacobs, Beverly Naya, Gbenro Ajibade, Ifeanyi Dike, Kalu Ikeagwu, Lizz Njagah, Anne Njemanze, Ireti Doyle, Linda Ejiofor, Gideon Okeke, Tomi Odunsi, Matilda Obaseki, Bimbo Manuel, Beverly Naya, Osas Ighodaro, Funlola Aofiyebi-Raimi, amongst others.
