Three Major Club Shutdown…

If you’re conversant with happenings in Ogba axis of mainland, you can attest to the fact that, there are three major clubs within the area that used to be the converging point for the upwardly mobile and fun seekers for many years. The first is, Troy Lounge, owned by creative content provider, Sola Fajobi which was shutdown early last year.

Many had thought, the roving socialites will be relocating the club to a bigger space but the reverse was the case as the club disappears into oblivion. Just few months after, High Level, a well structure with ultramodern facilities was also shut without prior notice. Before anyone could say Jack Robbisson, the building had been rented out to ‘The Place’, a fast food joint. High Level was owned House of Representatives member, James Faleke who was busy fighting legal battle to become Kogi State Governor. The place was closed according to information due to mismanagement. The third on the list is Uptown Lounge owned by Nigezie boss, Femi Aderibigbe.
