The executive secretary, Kebbi state primary healthcare development agency, Dr. Abubakar Attahiru Kaoje, has said that the state has attained certain percentage in its push for the universal health coverage. This is to compliment federal government’s efforts geared towards attaining universal health coverage which is critical to effective and affordable healthcare delivery
