The Federal Government has approved the appointment of Emir of Kano, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi (Muhammad Sanusi II), as the pro-chancellor of the University of Benin, Edo State. Sanusi received his letter of appointment at his palace on Monday from the Minister of Education, Ibrahim Shekarau.
