Rice Production: Farmers blame high price on cartel, middlemen

Members of Rice Farmers’ Associations have blamed the continuous hike in price of the commodity in Nigeria on activities of unscrupulous farmers and middlemen in the sector. The News Agency of Nigeria, NAN, on Sunday, reported that this was made known in separate interviews on Sunday, in Lagos.
