The Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC), in Edo, Mr Mike Igini, said election materials, including life jackets for regular and ad-hoc staff of INEC, had been taken to all the difficult terrains in the State. Igini made this known during interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN)
