Former Minister of Health, Prof A.B.C. Nwosu has clarified the position of Ndigbo as 2019 general elections draws near. He said Ndigbo are more favorably disposed towards political restructuring of Nigeria than Igbo presidency. He stated this while fielding questions from another newspaper.
